According to the L.O.P.D. and Regulation of the European Parliament and Council 2016/679 of 26 April on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46 / CE, we inform you that the personal data provided here will be part of a file owned by the FUNDACION ECUUP-EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL PROJECTS (FOUNDATION) in order to meet your request. The processing of data that we perform is legitimized in the maintenance of an employment relationship in the case of workers, a commercial relationship in the case of customers, suppliers or collaborators, or in the express consent of the interested parties in the case of the partners and other contact persons of the Foundation. This Foundation undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to save them by taking the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account at all times the state of technology . These data will be kept as long as the relationship between the parties is maintained and its deletion is not requested by the interested party.
